I can download the software again from Amazon and have done so at least once before. The upgrade is looking for a file that apparently only exists on the installation media.
When I tried to download Office from the link, the installation failed saying I had the 64 bit version and would have to uninstall it before I could install the 32 bit version. I still don't understand how this solves the error caused by not having a physical installation media. This error message states that you have an Office edition installed as 64 bit version. So in order to install the Office as a 32 bit version, the installed version needs to be removed. Use the fixit from my previous post to remove all traces of Office installation files.
